All items are final sale and are non-returnable unless defective.
Any defective items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date, unless the items ordered were pre-ordered products. Pre-ordered items 14 days begin when the products are received. A defective item will be replaced at no charge to the customer. If the defective item is not in stock a store credit will be issued.
Returned items must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition, and must be returned with the original tags, and in its original protective packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be exchanged. Shipping costs associated with the order are not refunded.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified, adjusted, or cancelled. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your original order, and place a new order with the desired items.
If you would like to make an exchange for a store credit after placing an order you may do so, as long as the returned item is in its unopened and unaltered packaging.
